Since our founding in 1971, we have proudly remained a family-owned and operated business, guided by the same values that continue to shape everything we do today.

Every new starter takes part in a dedicated induction programme designed to welcome you into the business. This includes group activities that encourage connection and collaboration, an introduction to the history of Mon Motors and the values that shape how we work. You will also be introduced to our central support departments, including IT, Compliance, and HR, so you know exactly where to turn for guidance and support. As part of your welcome, you will also receive Mon Motors merchandise, helping you feel part of the team straight away.
