Contributory Pension Scheme

We provide a workplace pension scheme through Scottish Widows. If you meet the eligibility criteria, you’ll be automatically enrolled, or you can ask to join at any time. Contributions are based on your full P60 earnings, not just basic salary, with managers receiving a higher contribution rate.

Generous holiday allowance

Our employees receive 30 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays, which increases with length of service.

An extra holiday day to celebrate your birthday

To help you celebrate your special day, all employees receive one additional day of leave each year for their birthday (non‑contractual).

Life assurance scheme

Our life assurance benefit is available to employees who are members of our pension scheme. If you sadly pass away, your nominated beneficiaries will receive a l payment equal to twice your previous year’s P60 earnings.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Our Employee Assistance Programme, provided through Care First, gives all employees confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service is available to you and your family, including help with mental health, family matters, financial concerns, legal queries, and bereavement.

Manufacturer-led training and career development
