Key Responsibilities
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Volkswagen, engaging with customers to deliver an exceptional experience from first enquiry through to vehicle handover. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, build lasting relationships, and achieve sales success through a structured and customer-focused approach.
- Engage with customers face-to-face to deliver outstanding service
- Apply a consistent sales process to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and guide them through the entire sales journey
- Work to agreed sales targets, proactively following up on leads and enquiries
Essential Skills and Qualifications
In order to be successful, you will need to:
- You’ll be someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes pride in achieving results.
- Be an attentive listener with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs
- Have an approachable and engaging manner
- Be enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven to meet (and exceed) sales targets
- Have previous sales experience (motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential)
- Be passionate about the Volkswagen brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience
