Careers in Accounts & Finance
A career in Accounts & Finance at Mon Motors means working within a centralised and structured function that supports every dealership across South Wales and the South West of England.
Our team includes accounts assistants, credit control specialists, management accountants, and senior finance leaders who manage reconciliations, reporting, P&Ls, balance sheets, and financial controls. With increasing automation, the work is varied, analytical, and increasingly focused on accuracy and process improvement rather than repetitive data entry.
As a family-run automotive group, we offer genuine career progression, whether you join at entry level or as a part-qualified or fully qualified accountant. Our finance colleagues build close working relationships with teams across sales, service, and parts, ensuring smooth transactions and a reliable financial foundation for the business. With exposure to multi-franchise operations and direct liaison with auditors, this department offers excellent development for anyone serious about a career in finance.
What our Accounts & Finance team does
Our Accounts & Finance team cover a broad range of responsibilities:

-
Management Accounts: Producing P&Ls, balance sheets, monthly reports, and performance analysis.

Audit Support: Liaising directly with auditors and ensuring compliance with financial standards.
-
Process Automation: Using digital tools and automated workflows to streamline daily tasks and improve efficiency.
