What our Accounts & Finance team does

Our Accounts & Finance team cover a broad range of responsibilities:

Accounts Payable: Managing creditor invoices, payments, and reconciliations across multiple dealerships.
Accounts Receivable: Monitoring debtors, allocating payments, and ensuring timely receipt of funds.
Credit Control: Following up outstanding balances and working closely with site teams to resolve issues.
Management Accounts: Producing P&Ls, balance sheets, monthly reports, and performance analysis.
Banking & Reconciliation: Handling daily banking, card payments, refunds, and cashflow checks.
Audit Support: Liaising directly with auditors and ensuring compliance with financial standards.
Process Automation: Using digital tools and automated workflows to streamline daily tasks and improve efficiency.
Interdepartmental Support: Collaborating with sales, service, parts, and leadership teams to maintain accurate and timely financial operations.
Financial Controls: Maintaining checks, approvals, and governance to protect the financial integrity of the business.
Leadership & Development: Supporting the work of accounts managers, financial controllers, and directors across the group.
