What our Vehicle Technician teams do
Our Vehicle Technician's cover a broad range of responsibilities:

Servicing: Carrying out routine servicing, inspections, and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards.

Diagnostics: Completing diagnostic work using the latest tools, equipment, and software to identify and resolve faults.

Mechanical Repairs: Undertaking a wide range of mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, engines, and transmissions.

MOT Testing: Performing MOT tests where qualified and ensuring all vehicles meet required safety and compliance standards.

PDI & Quality Checks: Preparing new and used vehicles through pre-delivery inspections and thorough quality assessments.

Customer Video Reporting: Producing clear, professional videos to demonstrate required or completed work to customers.

Collaboration: Working closely with service advisors, parts departments, and workshop control to support an efficient workflow.

Training & Development: Engaging in continuous manufacturer training, including EV systems and emerging technologies.
