Transaction Manager

Are you an experienced, results-driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-performing sales teams? We’re looking for a confident and motivated Transaction Manager to lead our Sales Team, drive performance, and ensure every customer journey meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Role

As Transaction Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role within the business, responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Driving vehicle and associated product sales to achieve volume and margin objectives
  • Building strong, long-term customer relationships to maximise satisfaction and loyalty
  • Negotiating vehicle sales professionally and effectively
  • Identifying and maximising new and existing business opportunities
  • Ensuring all sales documentation is completed accurately and in line with legal and FCA requirements
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and transaction reporting
  • Ensuring all operational processes comply with FCA and regulatory standards
Essential Skills and Qualifications

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record of leading and managing successful sales teams
  • Consistently strong sales performance, ideally within automotive or financial services
  • A solid working knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Previous experience within a VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) dealership (highly advantageous)
