Key Responsibilities

The Role

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the high standards our customers expect and ensuring every visitor to our dealership has an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Škoda product range
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet team goals

Ensure compliance with brand and dealership standards

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful you will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3 years previous with a main dealer
  • Experience of E-Max and Citnow
  • Be enthusiastic, professional, and proactive
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team
  • A strong customer-first mindset
  • Is eager to learn and develop
