The team includes LBDMs based at our larger dealerships, alongside fleet managers, corporate sales executives, and dedicated administrative support.
This department focuses heavily on relationship building, offering consistent service to long-standing customers and ensuring vehicle orders, deliveries, and fleet requirements are managed with accuracy and care. Although target-driven, the environment is stable, structured, and collaborative, with opportunities to develop commercial knowledge across several manufacturers. Whether assisting with quotes, managing accounts, or handling renewals, you play an important role in keeping businesses moving.
What our Corporate Sales team does
Our IT team cover a broad range of responsibilities:
- Business Development: Supporting local businesses, SMEs, and fleet clients with tailored vehicle solutions.
- Account Management: Maintaining strong relationships with long-standing customers and managing renewals.
- Vehicle Sourcing: Providing access to a wide range of multi-brand cars and commercial vehicles.
- Quoting & Proposals: Preparing accurate quotes for leasing, contract hire, and business finance options.
- Order Management: Coordinating vehicle orders, tracking progress, and liaising with manufacturers.
- PDI & Delivery Coordination: Working with PDI teams and transport to arrange smooth vehicle handovers.
- Administration Support: Managing documentation, compliance checks, and DMS updates.
- Customer Service: Handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring clients receive consistent support.
- Relationship Building: Developing trusted partnerships through clear communication and dependable service.
- Commercial Insight: Understanding business needs, fleet trends, and finance products to support customer decisions.

What we're looking for
We look for individuals who are confident working with business customers and enjoy building long-term professional relationships. Strong communication, organisation, and commercial awareness are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple accounts at once. While experience in corporate or fleet sales is ideal, we also welcome candidates with strong B2B skills from other industries who want to develop in automotive.
Our Corporate & Fleet team is mostly office-based and works in a structured, supportive environment. Although fast-paced and target-driven, the role is not reliant on travel or field-based activity. Instead, it focuses on accurate quoting, proactive account management, and dependable customer service. Working closely with internal teams, you will coordinate orders, liaise with PDI and transport, and ensure every business customer receives a smooth, professional experience.
