Careers in Administration
A career as a Sales Administrator at Mon Motors means being part of a central, fast-paced team that supports our dealerships across South Wales and the South West of England.
Working across multiple brands, you will manage the full administrative process behind vehicle sales, from invoicing and documentation to taxing, registering, and updating the DMS. This role is essential to delivering a smooth and compliant sales process, ensuring every vehicle is prepared correctly and on time for customers.
As a family-run business, we value clarity, accuracy, and strong communication. Our Sales Administrators work closely with sales managers, sales teams, and accounts, building strong relationships while supporting key operational functions. Whether you join with experience or at entry level, there are clear opportunities to develop your knowledge, grow your confidence, and work with a wide variety of manufacturer systems and processes.

Our Admin team cover a broad range of responsibilities:
-
Invoicing: Preparing and processing accurate sales invoices for new and used vehicles.
-
Taxing & Registration: Handling vehicle taxing, registration, and DVLA requirements to ensure legal compliance.

-
Multi-Brand Coordination: Managing systems, documents, and processes across multiple manufacturers.
-
Deadline Management: Prioritising tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced office environment.
In short, our Sales Administrators ensure every vehicle sale is processed accurately, compliantly, and on time.
What we're looking for
We look for individuals who thrive in fast-paced administrative environments and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Strong organisation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential, as this role supports vital steps in the customer journey. Accuracy matters, and attention to detail directly impacts the smooth running of each dealership.
Our Sales Administrators work collaboratively with sales managers, sales executives, and the accounts team, so confidence, clarity, and a supportive working style are important. Being office-based, the role suits someone who enjoys structure, multitasking, and working with both digital systems and detailed documentation. The environment is busy, but highly rewarding for those who enjoy completing tasks efficiently and correctly.
We welcome both entry-level candidates and experienced automotive administrators.
