Careers in Parts
A career in the Parts Department at Mon Motors means working within a busy, multi-brand environment that supports both retail customers and workshop teams. Each dealership has its own parts operation, led by experienced Parts Managers and supported by advisors and apprentices.
The team handles everything from identifying and ordering components to managing stock levels, organising returns, supplying service parts, and handling front-counter enquiries.
Using ADP, EPC systems, manufacturer ordering portals, and stock control tools, the department ensures parts are accurate, available, and delivered on time to keep technicians working efficiently. Some locations also support ecommerce and limited trade sales. With long-standing teams, strong product knowledge, and a family-run culture, this department offers opportunities to progress into senior advisor, supervisory, or management roles while developing specialist knowledge across multiple brands.
