What our Transport & Logistics team does
Our IT team cover a broad range of responsibilities:
- Vehicle Movements: Transferring new and used vehicles between dealerships, storage sites, and remarketing partners.
- Auction & Remarketing: Collecting and delivering vehicles for auction or trade disposal processes.
- Inter-Site Support: Moving stock as required for showroom display, test drives, or sales appointments.
- Photography & Merchandising Transfers: Positioning vehicles for imagery, preparation, and online listing activity.
- Damage Reporting: Conducting accurate vehicle inspections before and after each movement.
- Route Planning: Following internally scheduled routes and job allocations issued through booking systems.
- Vehicle Handling: Operating a wide range of vehicles, including EVs, safely and professionally.
- Storage Coordination: Supporting the organised flow of vehicles into and out of compounds and holding areas.
- Collaboration: Working closely with sales teams, corporate sales, and the transport manager to meet deadlines.
