The structure includes brand-specific marketing roles, a Digital Marketing Manager, Vehicle Merchandising Specialists, and a Marketing Manager, all reporting into our Head of Marketing. The team manages everything from digital campaigns and social media to website content, email communications, photography, video, and event support.
This department combines creativity with strong data and compliance processes, using DMS data, manufacturer CRM tools, and email marketing platforms to deliver targeted communications. Campaigns must be accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards, requiring hands-on involvement and fast turnaround. As a family-run business, we rely on consistent communication, weekly dealership contact, monthly activity reports, and quarterly performance reviews to ensure marketing activity supports sales, service, and customer retention. It is a varied, collaborative, and fast-paced department where no two days are the same.
What our Marketing, Database & CRM team does
Our IT team cover a broad range of responsibilities:
- Campaign Delivery: Creating and managing digital and offline campaigns across multiple automotive brands.
- Website Content: Producing and updating web pages, offers, promotions, and customer information.
- Social Media Management: Planning, posting, and monitoring content to support brand engagement.
- Data & CRM Activity: Using DMS data, manufacturer CRM platforms, and email systems to target customers accurately.
- Email Marketing: Producing compliant, targeted email communications for sales and aftersales.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring campaign performance and providing clear monthly reports to dealerships.
- Vehicle Merchandising: Photographing vehicles, updating listings, and ensuring online stock is accurate and appealing.
- Brand Compliance: Ensuring all marketing materials meet manufacturer standards and group guidelines.
- Dealership Collaboration: Working closely with sales and service teams through weekly calls, monthly reviews, and quarterly meetings.
