How long have you been working at Mon Motors?
I have been with Mon Motors since 1983. I started as a Car Valeter, learning the ropes and getting to know the industry from the ground up. Over the years, I moved into a sales position and have remained in that role for more than 40 years. It has been a rewarding journey, shaped by loyal customers, a great team and a genuine passion for the automotive world.
What first attracted you to Mon Motors?
I have always had a strong interest in cars, so when a sales position became available, it felt like a natural opportunity. Working with vehicles, learning the trade and building lasting relationships with customers appealed to me from the very beginning. Joining Mon Motors opened the door to a career that has kept me motivated for decades.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day centres around customers. I enjoy working with a talented and supportive team who share the same commitment to delivering excellent service. Whether I am helping someone find the right vehicle, answering questions or building long term relationships, every day brings new conversations and new people to support. Seeing customers happy with their purchase is incredibly rewarding and drives me to keep delivering my best.

Have you had any training or development opportunities since joining?
Training has been a constant throughout my career. I have benefited from both in house and manufacturer training, and I am proud to hold my Škoda accreditation. Over the years, these opportunities have helped me stay knowledgeable, up to date and able to offer the best possible support to customers.
