About the role We’re looking for a Compound Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations at our Chepstow Preparation Centre. You will coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle logistics, lead the appraisal process, and manage the vehicle preparation workflow to OEM and Mon Motors standards, ensuring throughput, quality, safety and cost control.

With our new website launching in February 2026, you will play a central role in our digital transformation, creating content that engages customers, showcases our prestigious brands - including Audi, Volkswagen, and Volvo - and tells the real stories behind our people and communities.
