Content Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and ambitious Content Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team and help shape our digital presence.

With our new website launching in February 2026, you will play a central role in our digital transformation, creating content that engages customers, showcases our prestigious brands - including Audi, Volkswagen, and Volvo - and tells the real stories behind our people and communities.

You will bring campaigns, events, and promotions to life in a way that resonates with audiences, while also highlighting our culture, values, and career opportunities to attract and inspire the next generation of talent. Your creativity will drive engagement, elevate campaigns, and make both customers and future employees feel part of the Mon Motors story.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team, you will:

  • Create and publish compelling content across our website and social media channels including copy, video, photography, and story-led posts
  • Own and maintain the editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of fresh, authentic content
  • Lead content development for our Careers Hub, including employee stories, team spotlights, and values-led storytelling
  • Capture and edit content across our centres, including events, community activity, behind-the-scenes moments, and customer stories
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platforms, proactively suggesting innovative ways to engage our audience and increase reach
  • Support Sales and Aftersales campaigns by providing the Brand Marketing Executives with content packs for campaigns, events, and local activity
  • Optimise content for SEO through well-structured web copy (with guidance from the Digital Marketing Manager)
  • Build and maintain a digital asset library to improve speed, consistency, and quality across the team
  • Track and analyse content performance to optimise future campaigns
  • Contribute to website updates and administrative tasks to support the Marketing team’s success
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience creating digital content, including copywriting, photography, and basic video editing
  • An understanding of how content drives SEO, engagement, and conversion
  • Experience tracking and analysing performance, using insights to optimise content
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Ability to react quickly to opportunities, capturing content in real time and adapting to changing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
  • Desirable: confident presenting on camera for social or internal content
