How long have you been working at Mon Motors?
I joined Mon Motors in March 2023 and have been an apprentice since day one. From the moment I started, I have been supported by the team and encouraged to develop my skills. Being part of the Bath Audi workshop has given me the confidence to progress steadily through each stage of my apprenticeship.
What first attracted you to Mon Motors?
I have always had a passion for cars, so a role in the motor trade was something I knew I wanted to pursue. When the opportunity at Bath Audi came up, it felt like the ideal place to start my career. Working with a premium brand in a respected dealership made the decision an easy one.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day involves working alongside the technicians in a well equipped and modern workshop. I enjoy getting hands on with the vehicles, learning new skills and gaining experience with Audi’s latest technology. The team are great to work with and make the environment supportive and enjoyable.
What is the team like at Bath Audi?
The team is a really nice group of people who get along well and each bring their own strengths and perspectives. Everyone is helpful, approachable and willing to share their knowledge. That variety makes the workshop a positive place to learn and grow.
Have you had any training or development opportunities since joining?
Yes, I have had plenty of support throughout my apprenticeship. The programme has guided me through each year and I have always been able to get help when I needed it. Completing my end of year two assessments was a proud moment and showed just how far I have come with the support around me.

What would you say to someone considering applying to Mon Motors?
