You’ll also have the reassurance that your Volkswagen will be cared for by Volkswagen-approved technicians at one of Mon Motors’ five official VW dealerships in South Wales and South West England. If repairs or replacements are needed, we only use Genuine VW parts, all backed by a two-year warranty, helping to keep your car performing at its best.
We make servicing straightforward, offering while-you-wait appointments or drop-off options to suit your schedule. Each visit includes a free vehicle health check, where your technician will assess key areas such as tyre tread depth and other essential components, then summarise the results in a personalised video. This allows you to see exactly what’s been inspected and approve any recommended work from your phone. While you wait, you can relax in our customer lounges with free Wi-Fi and refreshments.
When the work is completed, you’ll be offered a full wash and vacuum for your Volkswagen before it’s returned to you in top condition, looking as good as new, or if you prefer, you can opt for Volkswagen to plant a tree instead as part of their environmental initiative.

We also offer other Volkswagen Service Plans to suit different needs, including the Standard Plan for vehicles aged 0–15 years and the Plus Plan for vehicles aged 1–15 years, giving you flexible options for keeping your Volkswagen in top condition. These plans have lower monthly payments as they include only essential servicing.

- Valid for vehicles aged 3 to 6 years, with a 2.0L engine or less and under 100,000 miles at activation. Pay monthly option payable over 24 months. Excludes electric vehicles and vehicles with an existing service plan. Vehicles that have been out of a warranty (that has been provided by Volkswagen UK or Volkswagen Financial Services) for more than 30 days will have a no-claim period of 30 days at the start of their policy. The All‑in Warranty is funded by Volkswagen Group and does not cover any vehicle already covered under any other guarantee, insurance, warranty and/or gesture of goodwill.
