The Ford E-Transit Chassis Cab comes with legendary toughness as standard but is more capable, more connected than ever before and remastered to work even harder, the Ford E-Transit Chassis Cab is designed to meet the modern needs of a wide range of businesses.
With two available chassis lengths and three gross vehicle mass options, payload can be as high as 1,714kg. Maximum range is up to 249 miles† on a single charge and a battery top-up from 10 to 80% can be as quick as 28 minutes with DC fast charging.
Choose from two power options with a lighter standard range pack for optimum payload capability, or a more powerful extended range version for maximised range. Both give a muscular 430Nm of instant torque for effortless performance, and offer three driving modes – Normal, for everyday driving; Slippery, to improve handling in wet or icy conditions; and Eco to preserve battery charge and range.

Chassis sizes to suit a range of bodies
Ford E-Transit Chassis Cabs are available in two overall lengths, giving operators the flexibility to choose the best platform for a wide range of body styles and working requirements. Customers can opt for factory-built one-way or three-way tippers, as well as practical dropsides and floats, all supplied ready to get straight to work in roles that involve frequent loading and unloading.
For more specialist applications, the E-Transit Chassis Cab provides an exceptional level of versatility. It can be converted into a host of bespoke solutions, including waste management bodies, temperature-controlled refrigerated boxes, high-cube box vans and curtainsiders for maximum load volume. It can even be adapted into highly specialised emergency service vehicles where reliability and space efficiency are paramount.
Two overall length options - 6,022mm or 6,404mm - translate into chassis frame lengths of 2,775mm and 3,159mm. Operators can also specify Gross Vehicle Mass at 3.5, 3.9 or 4.25 tonnes. Single Cab models accommodate three people, ensuring the driver and up to two passengers travel safely and comfortably.
To support busy fleet managers, Ford Pro™ E-Telematics comes fitted as standard. This system enables real-time tracking of daily operations and vehicle health, helping reduce downtime and enhance productivity. Tailored for electric fleets, it provides live vehicle and charger alerts to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
