What Does a Ford Service Include?
A Ford van service includes a comprehensive health check of your vehicle, covering key components and areas of your vehicle to confirm they’re operating exactly as they should. A Ford service delivered by Mon Motors follows the latest manufacturer guidelines.
The health check typically covers tyres, brake, suspension, steering, wiper blades, lights and more. We’ll check for any signs of wear and tear, or other damage, and recommended replacements or repairs if needed.
Our Technicians will also check fluid levels in your van, including oil, and top these up if needed. Some services may include an oil change. For fully electric Ford vans, a service will include a battery health check and inspection of the charging port on your vehicle.
If any repairs are needed, we’ll explain these to you before any work is done – and we won’t do anything until you agree to the work. We’ll provide a free Ford video review of the vehicle check so you can see exactly what our Technicians can see, which includes a summary of any issues and a no-obligation estimate for completing the work.
When everything is completed, your van will be washed and vacuumed before being returned to you, with your Ford van’s service logged to maintain its service history.
