How do I make a claim on my GAP Insurance policy?

To make a claim on your GAP insurance policy with APG Cover, you have three options;
- Online: visit www.apapp.co.uk and follow the on-screen steps
- Mobile app: Download the AutoProtect Claims App by searching “AutoProtect Claims” on your smartphone
- By text: Text APAPP to 88802 to receive a download link via SMS (standard network rates apply)
We recommend registering your claim as soon as possible, ideally before accepting any settlement offer from your motor insurer.
