Will I receive an induction or training when I start?

Yes. All new starters receive an induction to help them settle into the business, understand our values, and become familiar with their role and team.

This induction takes place at Mon House in Chepstow, South Wales, within the first few weeks of joining, where you’ll also have the opportunity to meet members of our Senior Leadership team. Additional training may be provided to support you as you begin your new position.
