Our Audi servicing facilities are second to none. Located at each of our four official Audi dealerships in Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Cheltenham, our service centres are equipped with the latest diagnostic tools, and our Technicians have all been trained and approved by Audi. We only use genuine Audi parts for repairs, and these all come with a two-year warranty

What is a Audi Service Plan?
Instead of having to book and pay for servicing separately as and when needed, an Audi servicing plan covers all your car’s scheduled services in one easy-to-manage plan.
This has some genuine benefits. You have the peace of mind in knowing that your servicing will be taken care of and gives you control over the cost – depending on the duration of your chosen plan, you won’t need to worry about how much an Audi service will cost in two years’ time, because your price has been locked in. With an Audi service plan, you’re protected from price increases.
There are three Audi service plans to choose from, available for petrol and diesel models:
- Smart Service Plans: A Smart Service Plan provides cover for up to four years, with an oil service and inspection service every two years (or 18,600 miles). Also included are two MOTs, for Audis aged 3-15 years old, and a free health check with every service.
- All-in from Audi: All-in from Audi provides two years of cover, including a 24 month warranty, one oil service, one oil and inspection service with pollen filter, two MOTs and 24 months of roadside assistance. All-in from Audi is only available for models 3-6 years old, with engines of 2L and under, and a mileage under 100,000. You also get a free health check with every service.
- Standard Service Plans: A Standard Service Plan covers you for two years, so you get a service in each of those years or at 9,300 miles – whichever comes first. This Audi service plan includes one oil service, one oil and inspection service with pollen filter, and two MOTs. A free health check with every service is also included.
Drive an all-electric Audi? We offer service plans for fully-electric Audi models, too. Our e-tron service plans are:
- Level 1 – servicing every two years, covering inspection service, pollen filter change and brake fluid change
- Level 2 - servicing for up to four years, covering two inspection services, two pollen filter changes and two brake fluid changes
- Level 3 - servicing for up to four years, with car serviced every two years. This plan covers two inspection services, two pollen filter changes, two brake fluid changes and two MOTs.

2. Pay monthly option for vehicles under 200,000 miles. Servicing must be carried out at an Audi UK Authorised Repairer, in line with the requirements of the service schedule. Service Plan validity is dependent on required payments received. Audi Financial Services.
3. Terms, eligibility criteria and exclusions apply. Vehicles that have been out of a warranty (that has been provided by Audi UK or Audi Financial Services) for more than 30 days will have a no-claim period of 30 days at the start of their policy.
