Each visit includes a free vehicle health check, where your technician will assess key areas such as tyre tread depth and other essential components, then summarise the results in a personalised video. This allows you to see exactly what’s been inspected and approve any recommended work from your phone. While you wait, you can relax in our customer lounges with free Wi-Fi and refreshments.
When the work is completed, you’ll be offered a full wash and vacuum for your Volkswagen before it’s returned to you in top condition, looking as good as new, or if you prefer, you can opt for Volkswagen to plant a tree instead as part of their environmental initiative.
