What is an Audi recall?
An Audi recall is typically announced when the manufacturer has detected an issue with vehicles that need to be repaired – a recall is a call for owners to return their vehicles to a service centre to get that issue fixed. A recall usually only affects models from a specific production period, and these are relatively rare.
Although a recall should be resolved promptly and not ignored, they often relate to minor issues and aren’t necessarily anything to worry about. Audi monitors the performance and safety of its vehicles regularly to ensure they’re operating perfectly, and will flag any issue that needs attention.

How do I book an Audi recall?
If your Audi requires a recall – either confirmed by using the Audi recall check or you’ve been contacted directly by Audi – book an appointment with your preferred Mon Motors Audi Service Centre.
An Audi recall is free of charge and repairs will be carried out by our Audi-trained Technicians, who will only use genuine Audi parts – these come with a two-year guarantee.
When the recall repairs have been completed and our Technicians are satisfied that your Audi is ready, it will be returned to you so you get back on the road right away.
