What is a Škoda Electric Service Plan?
A Škoda service plan is an add-on that you can choose when buying a new Škoda car from us. In return for a monthly fee over a specified period (or an upfront fee), you will receive a set number of annual services, as well as other perks depending on the package - this could include MOTs, roadside assistance and warranty.
When it comes to Škoda services, they’re broadly the same for electric cars and fuel vehicles, in that all the vital aspects are monitored and optimised if necessary. However, a Škoda service for an electric car will also include a battery health check, and the charging port will be inspected as well. Which Škoda electric service plan?
Škoda electric service plans for cars aged 0-1 years old
Regular servicing is a good habit to get into as the owner of a new Škoda electric car and there are three levels of Škoda service plan available for Škoda electric cars no more than a year old.
- Essentials — One inspection service with a battery state of health check, one brake fluid change and one pollen filter replacement for £12.75 a month for 24 months (or £306 upfront).
- Standard — Two inspection services with battery state of health checks, two brake fluid changes, two pollen filter replacements and two MOTS for £15 a month for 48 months (or £720 upfront).
- Plus — As above, plus two tyre replacements for £27.25 for 48 months (or £1,308 upfront).
Škoda electric service plans for cars aged 1-15 years old
Similarly, there are three levels of Škoda service plans available for Škoda electric cars aged between one and fifteen years.

Essentials — One inspection service with a battery state of health check, one brake fluid change, one pollen filter replacement and one MOT for £30 a month for 12 months (or £360 upfront) ]

Citigo iV Service Plan
The Škoda Citigo iV was a fully electric version of the Citigo hatchback that was discontinued in 2020. However, if you own one of these models, you can still take out a service plan to help prolong the life of your car.
For £18 a month for 24 months (or £432 upfront), you’ll receive two service inspections tailored to the car’s age and mileage, two pollen filter replacements (if necessary), one brake fluid change, and a diagnostic check for any software updates.

During the services included in the plan, your Škoda electric car will be inspected by our team of Škoda-trained technicians, which will allow for all the vital components to be checked and minor issues spotted at an earlier point in time. A battery health check will also be carried out, too.
If repairs are necessary, we can carry these out at our dealerships and we only use genuine Škoda parts as well. There’s a 0% finance option to help you manage these costs, as well.

Pay monthly option payable for vehicles under 200,000 miles. Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule at a Škoda UK Authorised Repairer. Valid for vehicles aged 3 to 6 years, with a 2.0L engine or less and under 100,000 miles at activation. Pay monthly option payable over 24 months. Excludes electric vehicles and vehicles with an existing service plan. Vehicles that have been out of a warranty (that has been provided by Skoda UK or Skoda Financial Services) for more than 30 days will have a no-claim period of 30 days at the start of their policy. The All-in Warranty is funded by Volkswagen Group and does not cover any vehicle already covered under any other guarantee, insurance, warranty and/or gesture of goodwill. Škoda Financial Services.
