When you reserve a vehicle online, it is held exclusively for you for 48 hours, meaning no one else can reserve or purchase it during that time. After placing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email, and a Sales Executive will be in touch to confirm your payment method and guide you through the next steps.

To cancel your reservation, simply contact the dealership where the vehicle is located. Please have your name, reservation ID, and vehicle registration ready to help us locate your reservation. You will find these details in your confirmation email.

Once your cancellation is processed, your reservation fee will be refunded within seven working days.
