How long is the vehicle reserved for?

When you reserve a vehicle online, it is held exclusively for you for 48 hours, meaning no one else can reserve or purchase it during that time. After placing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email, and a Sales Executive will be in touch to confirm your payment method and guide you through the next steps.

Can I cancel my reservation?

To cancel your reservation, simply contact the dealership where the vehicle is located. Please have your name, reservation ID, and vehicle registration ready to help us locate your reservation. You will find these details in your confirmation email.

Once your cancellation is processed, your reservation fee will be refunded within seven working days.

Can I reserve more than one vehicle?

Yes, you can reserve more than one vehicle to give yourself extra time to decide, with the reassurance that no one else can purchase it in the meantime. Please note, if you place a reservation with a vehicle at another dealership, it will be managed separately with that dealership.

What payment methods do you accept?

All reservation payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay using most major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Availability may vary depending on your bank or device.
